Recreational
Activities for Life provides students with an opportunity to incorporate
physical activity and life-long leisure experiences into their lifestyle
through game play and practice. Focus units include but are not limited to,
basketball, volleyball, Badminton and Table tennis. Other team sports will be
incorporated as non-competitive activities. Skills and common concepts of each
lifelong activity will be presented and developed through practice and match
play. Students of all skill and experience levels are encouraged to enroll in
this course.

Rizal's Life and Works - NDR
As mandated by republic act 1425,this course covers the life and works of the country's national hero,Jose Rizal.Among topics covered are Rizal's biography and his writings,particularly novels Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo,some essays,and various correspondences

CONTEMPORARY WORLD - NJL
This course introduces students to the contemporary world by examining the multifaceted phenomenon of globalization. Using the various disciplines of the social sciences, it examines the economic, social, political, technological, and other transformations that have created an increasing awareness of the interconnectedness of peoples and places around the globe. To this end, the course provides an overview of the various debates in global governance, development, and sustainability. Beyond exposing the student to the world outside the Philippines, it seeks to inculcate a sense of global citizenship and global ethical responsibility. |
